Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the rental agreement between Camper Kings ("we", "us", or "our") and the individual or entity ("you" or "hirer") who rents a motorhome or campervan from us. By renting a motorhome or campervan from Camper Kings, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before entering into any rental agreement with us.

1. Booking and Rental Agreement:

1.1. To book a motorhome or campervan, you must be at least 23 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
1.2. By making a booking, you agree to enter into a rental agreement with Camper Kings.
1.3. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
2. Rental Period:

2.1. The rental period begins and ends as specified in your booking confirmation.
2.2. Late returns may incur additional charges.
3. Rental Rates and Payments:

3.1. Rental rates are as specified in the booking confirmation.
3.2. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of the rental period.
3.3. Additional charges may apply for optional extras, damages, or cleaning fees.
4. Security Deposit:

4.1. A security deposit is required before the commencement of the rental period.
4.2. The security deposit will be refunded upon the return of the motorhome or campervan in the same condition as when rented, subject to any deductions for damages or additional charges incurred during the rental period.
5. Cancellation Policy:

5.1. Cancellations made within [X] days of the rental period will incur a cancellation fee.
5.2. Refunds for cancellations will be subject to our discretion.
6. Insurance:

6.1. Our motorhomes and campervans are covered by comprehensive insurance.
6.2. The hirer is responsible for any excess as specified in the rental agreement.
6.3. Additional insurance options may be available at an extra cost.
7. Use of the Vehicle:

7.1. The motorhome or campervan must only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
7.2. The hirer is responsible for any fines, penalties, or charges incurred during the rental period.
7.3. Smoking and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the motorhome or campervan.
8. Maintenance and Repairs:

8.1. The hirer must notify us immediately of any mechanical issues or damages to the motorhome or campervan.
8.2. Repairs or maintenance must not be carried out without our prior authorization.
9. Cleaning and Return:

9.1. The motorhome or campervan must be returned in a clean and tidy condition.
9.2. A cleaning fee may be charged if the vehicle is returned in an excessively dirty condition.
10. Limitation of Liability:

10.1. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the rental agreement.
10.2. Our liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the rental fees paid by the hirer.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

11.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
11.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
